Monday, August 10

7:00 - 11:00 am            Breakfast (SOCO Restaurant, Delta Hotel)

8:30 - 10:30 am            MCA Ontario Board of Directors - Strategic Planning Session (Location TBC)

9:00 am                         Companions Session - Walking Tour (meet in lobby)

11:15 am                       Depart for lunch at the CN Tower (meet in lobby)

The CN Tower is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Following lunch, you can explore the Main Observation Level.

2:30 pm                          Return to hotel

Evening - MCA Ontario Board of Directors/MCA Toronto Board of Directors/Other Invited Guests/Zone Managers and Companions

Blue Jays vs Red Sox beginning at 7:07 pm. Enjoy ballpark food and beverages during the game. The Rogers Centre is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the Delta hotel.

Tuesday, August 11

7:00 - 11:00 am            Breakfast (SOCO Restaurant, Delta Hotel)

Enjoy some free time in the morning. Suggested activities include: walking along the waterfront boardwalk to the Queen's Quay, exploring St. Lawrence Market, or shopping at the Eaton's Centre.

11:10 am          Depart the hotel lobby for a behind-the-scenes tour of Ripley's Aquarium

12:00 pm          Walk to Amsterdam Brew House for lunch

1:00 pm            Board of Directors meeting

2:45 pm            Arrive back at hotel

11:40 am          Depart the hotel lobby for a behind-the-scenes tour of Ripley's Aquarium

1:00 pm            Unique High-tea experience

High tea aboard a customized double-decker bus. You will take in panoramic views of Toronto's iconic landmarks through the glass roof and enjoy tea sandwiches/savory bites/pastries and teas.

Evening  All attendees are invited.

4:30 pm            Buses depart from the hotel lobby for Casa Loma

5:30 pm            Tour of Casa Loma

6:30 pm            Reception: 6:30

7:30 pm            Dinner

9:30 pm            Buses return to the hotel
